A boat implies any watercraft, except tow boats and push boats, regardless of its length and volume, registered for navigation in internal waterways, whose hull is less than 20 meters in length whereas the product of length, width and maximum gauge is less than the volume of 100 m3, and whose passenger capacity is less than 12 people.
