The competent authority for supervision of operations of insurance companies is the National Bank of Serbia (Address: Nemanjina 17, 11000 Belgrade, website: www.nbs.rs), and the Decision on the manner of protecting rights and interests of users of insurance services, which this institution passed on 19th June 2015, regulates in more detail filing complaints as well as actions of the insurance company in response to that complaint.
