INTRODUCING GLOBAL ASSISTANCE D.O.O.
GLOBAL ASSISTANCE d.o.o. is a company that was created as a joint venture of Viennna Insurance Group (VIG) and Wiener Städtische osiguranje. All clients who contract travel, health, property insurance and roadside assistance insurance policies with Wiener Städtische Insurance will from now on receive assistance services exclusively through GLOBAL ASSISTANCE d.o.o.
Advantage of Global Assistance d.o.o. on the market in Serbia is reflected in fast and timely assistance, quality medical service, operators who speak the native language of their insured, as well as belonging to the network of assistance houses within the VIG group, through which international territorial coverage of the provision of assistance services is enabled.
In cooperation with carefully selected partners and associates, Global Assistance d.o.o. will provide the following assistance services:
- Travel assistance during travel and stay abroad
- Assistance on the road in the country and abroad
- In-house handyman for emergencies and repairs
- Medical assistance as part of travel insurance in case of need for medical service in the country, for citizens of the Republic of Serbia and for foreign citizens visiting Serbia
- Contact center services for business needs of legal entities in various industries
- Provision of information on the exercise of rights within the contracted insurance policy
