Claim notification – Accidents

In the event of an accident, the Insured is obliged to:

  1. immediately, if possible, or within a deadline of 5 (five) days from the day of the injury, contact a doctor for examination and assistance, taking all necessary treatment measures, as well as to follow the doctor’s advice and instructions regarding treatment
  2. to inform the Insurer about the accident in writing, as soon as his health condition allows
  3. to submit all necessary documents to the Insurer together with the accident report. The list of necessary documents that need to be attached can be found in the report of the accident form.
